A sample of this study consisted of all the employees of the sports organizations in Isfahan (150=N). The tool of the research includes the organizational justice questionnaire of Niehoff (1993), job satisfaction questionnaire of Brown (1993) and finally the standardized questionnaire of Allen and Meyer (1991) with Chronbach Alpha (0.90, 0.82 and 0.92), respectively. To analyze the data, there has been used the route analysis through structural equation modeling. The results showed that the organizational justice has the effective role on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. In general, the model of the role of organizational justice on job satisfaction and organizational commitment among staff of sports organizations gained considerable fit. Information needed for communications through questionnaires of Graham (1998), mental skills through theoretical and Imam Questionnaire (2014) and efficient through questionnaires of Hsu (2002) were collected. Levine test for homogeneity of variance in inferential statistics, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test for normal distribution of data, t-test and F (ANOVA) for comparing the means, independent t test was used to test hypotheses. The results showed that about 14% of the variance related to interpersonal communication is determined by the components of mental skills (R2 = 0/14). About 4% of the variance related to efficiency is determined by the components of mental skills (R2 = 0/04). Repeated measures ANOVA showed a significant difference between the means of the three styles. It also showed that experts’ use of transformational and pragmatic leadership styles was significantly higher than their use of Laissez-Faire leadership style.
